There is no public download area for certificates or test reports on this site. The documents a buyer actually needs are sent on request, and this page says which ones exist, when you receive each, and how to ask for it.
Documents we send, and when
Every document below is sent by email or travels with the goods; nothing here is a file you collect from the website. The installation and manuals page covers the manual itself.
| Document | What it covers | When you get it |
|---|---|---|
| Installation manual | Installation instructions, drilling and hole details, product dimensions | Ships with every product; an English electronic version is supplied on request. |
| Dimension drawing for a model | Hole centres, fixing distances, panel dimensions | On request, per model — send the model number or a clear photograph. |
| Material certificate | Composition of the batch, issued to your own template | On request, per order. |
| Inspection report | The inspection stages the batch passed | With the order. |
| Spectrometer result | Independent-laboratory analysis of the batch sample | Kept on file for every batch — ask for your batch. |
| Commercial documents | Quotation, proforma invoice, packing list, commercial invoice and the bill of lading through the forwarder | As the order proceeds. |
One point on timing: the manual and a dimension drawing are technical documents and can be sent before an order exists, while the material certificate, the inspection report and the spectrometer result describe a batch that has to be produced first.
Why the model number comes first
Hole positions and fixing distances change between models, so a drawing only means something for the model you are buying. A model number is enough for a current model; a clear photograph with its measurements is a good start where the number is not known.
For a non-standard part, send your drawing and we work to it. A request for a drawing of "your clamps" cannot be answered with one file, because each model carries its own hole centres and fixing distances.
What is not on this site
- No certificate files or certificate numbers, because certification is confirmed order by order, by model and by market.
- No customer drawings or customer names.
- No price list, because prices are quoted per model, quantity, material, finish and destination port.
The compliance and documents page explains how certification is confirmed for a market that requires it.
How to ask
Email info@3sglasshardware.com with the model or order reference and say which document you need, which language, and whether it must be on your own template. The first reply comes within 24 working hours.
Put this in the request:
- The model number, or a clear photograph with measurements.
- The order, invoice or proforma reference, if the order is already placed.
- The document you need: manual, dimension drawing, material certificate, inspection report or spectrometer result.
- The language it must be in.
- Whether it must be issued on your own template.
If you have not ordered yet, how to order sets out the route from enquiry to shipment, and you can request a quotation or contact us to start it.
