Each record below is a shipment we have made: the market it went to, the product lines it carried, the quantity and how it was loaded. They are published so a buyer can look at the work behind a quotation rather than read a claim about it.
Where a record comes from
A record is written from the documents and photographs of one shipment — its packing list and its container loading pictures. Country, product mix, quantity, container type and loading port are published, and where loading photographs exist and have been cleared for publication they appear on the record itself. Nothing is estimated: a record is published only once it has been checked against those documents and marked as cleared for the public.
What we do not publish
- buyer names — withheld under the supply agreements we work to, so a record names the market and not the customer;
- prices, order values and payment details;
- buyer drawings, artwork and packaging files;
- the internal batch and inspection records behind a shipment.
If you need to know whether a record relates to an order you placed with us, write to us and we will check it against our own records. The Verify KINGHOME page sets out what we can show a buyer who audits us, and what we will not publish at all.
Fuller write-ups
When a buyer agrees to a longer account — the requirement, the sample round, the problem that came up and how it was solved — it is published here beside these records. Until then, these records carry the part of the evidence that can be published without a buyer’s name on it.
