The text, photographs, drawings, layout and code of this website belong to KINGHOME or are used with permission. The KINGHOME name and our model numbers are ours; please do not use them in a way that suggests a partnership, certification or approval we have not agreed in writing.
Drawings, models, BOQ files and specifications you send us remain yours. We use them only to quote your order and to produce it, and tooling made for your logo or your own design is not shared with other buyers.
Limitation of liability
We keep this website available as well as we can, but we do not promise that it will always be online, complete or free of errors, and we are not responsible for a decision taken on the basis of a page that is out of date.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of business. Our liability for goods we supply is limited to the value of the goods affected, together with the warranty and claims process agreed for that order.
