Who we are
KINGHOME is a business-to-business supplier of glass fittings: shower hinges, glass clamps, door handles, door knobs and locks, sliding door rollers and tube connectors. Our sales office is in Foshan, Guangdong, China. For anything in this policy, write to info@3sglasshardware.com or use the channels on our contact page.
What we collect
We collect what you type into the forms on this website. On a quotation request that is: your name, business email, company name and website, WhatsApp number, country, the type of buyer you are, destination port, the product line, model numbers or a description of the fitting, quantities per model, material, finish, glass thickness, logo method, the documents or certifications you need, the date you need the goods, your requirement and any further notes, the file you choose to attach (up to 10 MB), and the two tick-box confirmations. We also record which page the form was sent from, together with any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on, so a request can be traced back to its source.
Our web server records the technical data any web server records — the page requested, the time, and the IP address the request came from — in order to serve the page and keep the site running.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and confirm specifications with you.
- To plan production, tooling, packing and shipping if you place an order.
- To keep the order, inspection and export records our business has to keep.
- To answer an after-sales claim, using the photographs or videos you send us.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not show your drawings, models or prices to another customer.
Your drawings and tooling stay confidential
Drawings, models, BOQ files and specifications you send us are used only to quote your order and to produce it. Tooling made for your logo or your own design is not shared with other buyers.
Where an enquiry is stored
A submitted enquiry becomes a private record in this website’s content management system, readable only by us inside the administration area and not reachable at any public address, and it is emailed to our sales inbox at info@3sglasshardware.com. An attached file is stored with that record. The record is not indexed by search engines and is not shown on the website.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and does not profile visitors. The content management system sets a cookie only for a member of staff who signs in to the administration area. If we add analytics or advertising later, we will update this policy first.
Third-party services
- The site loads the Inter web font from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
- A WhatsApp link opens Meta’s WhatsApp service, which has its own privacy policy.
- An email link opens your own mail application; nothing is sent until you send it.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you, and for as long as we have to keep the order and export records our business is required to hold. Ask us to delete an enquiry and we will, unless an order is still running on it or we are required to keep the record.
Your choices
Write to info@3sglasshardware.com and you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. We reply within 24 working hours.
Business buyers only
This website is for trade and business buyers. We do not sell to individual consumers, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
