A buyer should be able to check the company and the material before paying, not after. This page sets out what KINGHOME can show a buyer who audits us, and the limits of what we publish on this website.
Who takes your order
We take orders as a manufacturer, not as a trading desk and not as a consumer shop. Four lines are made in our own workshops: shower hinges, glass clamps, door handles, and door knobs and locks. Production is organised across our own workshops and partner factories. For sliding door rollers and tube connectors we make no production-origin claim at all.
The sales office is in Foshan, Guangdong, China, and visits can be arranged for a confirmed requirement. We do not name or locate the workshops that produce an order.
We export in our own name: our own export entity, our own import/export licence, and we declare customs ourselves. We issue the packing list and the invoice in our own name.
The registered name is the one printed on your proforma invoice and bill of lading, so compare it with the beneficiary before you pay. We do not publish registration or tax numbers on this site.
What you can ask us for
These documents and records exist for every order. Ask for them by model and order reference; the quality control page describes the inspection process behind them.
- The batch spectrometer result for the material quoted — independent laboratory, every bulk batch, retained samples kept.
- A material certificate issued to your own template.
- The inspection report for your order.
- The retained sample of the batch you bought.
- Progress and work-in-progress photographs every 3–5 days while the order runs.
- Loading evidence: photographs of the empty container, the loading and the sealed container, with the consolidated packing list, sent the same day.
- A visit arranged for a confirmed requirement.
How to audit a supplier, including us
The questions below are the ones that separate a verified supplier from a confident one, and they apply to us as much as to anyone else you are comparing. The compliance and documents page covers the certification side in more detail.

What we do not publish
Some checks have to be made with us directly rather than read off a website. These are the boundaries:
- No public download area for certificates or test reports.
- No certificate files or certificate numbers on the website.
- No customer names, logos or customer documents.
- No blanket certification claim. ISO 9001 is held at plant level, while CE and third-party reports are per product category, per model and per market.
- No workshop locations and no partner-factory list.
Before you pay
The quotation, proforma invoice and bill of lading come from info@3sglasshardware.com. If a message asks you to pay into a different account, or arrives from another domain, confirm it with us by phone or WhatsApp +86 188 1848 8817 before paying.
